stem –parenchyma sample is semi-circular and has small areas where
appear to be dark. The edge of the sample is darker than colorless
surface. The surface looks similar to spider web.
Edge
The edge of the
sample is comprised of circular holes, which look smaller
than ones that compose the surface. The edge seems to be
smooth compared to the stem collenchymas.
