This collenchymatic stem layer is consisted of many tissues. There are a few big holes at the middle of the stem. These holes seem to be cross-sections of water pathway. The edge of the sample are more tightened and smaller tissues.

Edge

The bumpy edge of this stem is comprised of many tiny tissues. Most tissues are well-organized, but some tissues are disorganized.

	100x	The tissues in this part of the edge are well-organized and noticeable.
	400x	However, another tissues in this part are disorganized and seems to have tiny particles inside of it.

Circular Objects

In a few plant cells, some circular objects are found. These objects are gathered together, and a number of objects in each cells differs. These objects are speculated to be vesicles.

	200x	The circular objects are tiny compared to the plant cell. A few of the objects have black dots on them.
	1000x	At 1000x, one of the circular object is divided into three parts.

Three-Dimensional Objects

There are a few three-dimensional, circular object inside of the plant cells. These objects look similar to a volvox or a strawberry with many seeds on the surface.

	1000x	This one is smaller than the previous one, but similarly, it is also as big as a plant cell.
