Like vascular bundles in other
stems, vascular bundles in rice stem have xylem,
phloem, and bundle sheath. But, there is an
additional hole next to each bundles.

Several bundles seem to be
different than other normal bundles. This bundle's
xylem is divided into three parts. Also, there is
one ring inside of the hole.

There is a bump on the epidermis.
Inside structure of the bump is darn similar to
vascular bundles. Even more, these bumps and
vascular bundles are located cross each other.

Inside of the bump has two
holes, which are similar to xylem, and a net, which
is similar to phloem.

The cells in parenchyma seem to
have various sizes. Some cells are amorphous, but
most cells are circular.

The cells in parenchyma contain
some tiny spore-like objects inside them. These
objects are spherical and seem to attached together.
