Rabbit's arteriole is composed of four holes and two areas where is partially filled with red substance.

Red Blood Cells

From those four holes, tremendous number of red blood cells are found.

Tissues

Like tissues that surround artery and vein, tissues surround the arteriole is also transparent.

This part is also filled with red blood cells. Also, red tissues surround these areas.
