Most
penicillus are found at one edge of the sample. Penicillium is
brush-like structure attaching spores to itself. The spores are tiny
and spherical. It looks like fruits attached to branches of trees.
Penicillium
As explained previously, penicillium is a brush-shaped
structure. At the end of the penicillum are spherical
spores.

At the edge of the sample, many
penicillums are connected by fibers called mycelium.

Here is a picture that shows
spherical spores that are attached to the end of the
penicillium.
Conidiospores
Conidiospores are spherical spores that are attached to
the penicillium. These spores are so tiny that are not
clearly detailed even at 1000x with oil.

These conidiospores are attached to
the penicillium like fruits that are on trees. This
penicillium looks exactly like a brush.

Mycelium are fibers that connect
the penicillium to the sample. These fibers are
tubular and slightly transparent. Mycelium look
little bit curly.
