Dog's trachea has several layers. It looks like a slice of bacon. The middle part of the trachea contains the most substances and thus is the darkest. Generally, the trachea is comprised of four layers. Its size is so big that several pictures are combined in order to contain the entire trachea in a picture.

Tissue

Tissue part of the trachea is found at the upper most part. Tissue's color is reddish. Some cells are found in the tissue.

	400x	In the tissue, an ellipse-shaped object is found in the tissue. It looks like a bean.

Amorphous Substances

This layer of trachea is comprised of amorphous substances. Every substance has different shape.

	200x	At the upper part of the image, the substances are gathered together while the substances at the bottom part is scattered.
	400x	At 400x, the substances are laid on the tissue. Some cells are found on the edge of the substances.

Most Concentrated Part

This part of the trachea is where most substances are concentrated. Its color of middle part is dark purple, and edge part is pink.

	400x	When zoomed in, each cell is like a hole on a tree's trunk. The outer part of the cell is lighter than the middle part.
