Dog's spleen looks like a meat with some rotten areas on it. Dark areas are looks like rotten area of the meat. Also, there are some areas that have lighter color.

Main Surface

The pictures are focused on main surface of the spleen. There are countless number of cells.

	100x	Many tissues compose the main part of the spleen. There are some areas that have lighter color.
	400x	Cells in the lighter area are longer and ellipse shaped while cells in the darker area are more circular.

Interesting Area

This area does not have any cells. It is reddish and three-dimensional. It looks similar to bacteria.

	200x	The interesting part composed of red dots are also found at the middle of tissues.

Edge

The edge of the spleen is more transparent than middle part, because many transparent tissues are found at the edge.
