Cross Section
The left piece is smaller than the right one. The right
one seems to have many horizontal stripes, on the other
hand, the left piece doesn't. Instead, its substances are
divided into several parts. The left piece seems to have
bubbles, which compose the muscle tissue. These bubbles are
filled with cells, and look like a frog's eggs.

There are some gaps between the
substances. The substances are comprised of muscle
tissues. |

Some transparent substances are
visible on the background of the muscle tissues. On
the transparent substances are a few cells. |

Compared to the other part, this
area of the muscle is lighter. Transparent edge
filled with cells is attached to the muscle. |

Lateral Section
The left piece seems to have bubbles, but the right piece
doesn't have such. It seem to have horizontal stripes on it
at 40x. However, at high magnification, it is visible that
the muscle does not have the horizontal stripes, instead it
is horizontally patterned.

The horizontal pattern of the
muscle is found on the right piece. Inside the
muscle tissues are cells, which seem to have long
nucleus. |

The edge of the muscle piece is
transparently purple. The cells are located all over
the muscle piece. |

The right muscle piece seems to
have scales on its surface. The picture shows scaly
texture of the muscle piece. |

Comparison of Cells inside of Tissues
The shape of cells in the right and left pieces is
different; the shape of the nucleus on the right piece seems
longer than the nucleus on the left.
