Dog's rectum is also composed of three layers. Left part of the rectum is reddish and has many cells. The right part of the rectum is dark and there are some holes. Area between the left part and right part is composed of transparent cells.

The Left Part

Pictures are focused on the left part of the rectum. This part is composed of red colored tissues which are similar to muscle tissues.

	200x	Cells at the left side is more longer than the cells at the right side. Cells at the right side are more circular.

The Right Part

Right layer of the rectum is meandering; it is not straight. There are many dark tissues. Also, white bubbles are formed inside of the tissues.

	1000x Oil	When the image is focused on the white bubbles, the bubbles seem like there are multiple layers of white bubbles.
