This
is a section of dog's duodenum.
There are three layers in the duodenum. Many cells are located all
over the duodenum.
Left Layer
This layer of the duodenum is the thickest and has the
most cells. This part is darker than other parts.

At the middle layer of the duodenum is composed of many
cells. These cells have different color than the cells in
the left layer. This layer is the thinnest.
